Monthly share
Program- and ISA-banded household shares. Confirm the current OneShare schedule.
Member responsibility
Individual Sharing Amount options (example Classic bands: $1,000 / $2,500 / $5,000 / $10,000 for an individual). Many services then share at 60–80%, not 100%.
Pre-existing
Waiting periods and pre-existing limitations are in the guidebook. Do not assume day-one sharing.
Waiting periods
Yes, for specified needs. Pre-notification is required for hospital, surgery, cancer, maternity, transplants, and home health.
Maternity
Historically Classic Crown only, with guidebook caps of $5,000 natural / $8,000 C-section / $50,000 complications, pregnancy must start after the effective date. An August 1, 2026 expansion is announced — confirm the current book.
Limits
Per-incident and lifetime maximums are per member and vary by program. Percentage sharing on hospital and surgery is material.
