Corrections

A comparison site is only worth reading if it is willing to be wrong in public.

What counts as a correction

  • A program fact that misstates the current guidelines or pricing.
  • A score computed from stale or wrong evidence.
  • A regulatory or tax statement that is inaccurate.
  • A missing or misplaced commercial disclosure.

Typos, formatting, and clarifications that do not change meaning are fixed silently. Any change that would alter a reader’s decision is logged here.

How we respond

  • We acknowledge reports within two business days.
  • A factual error that affects a score or a recommendation is corrected within five business days, or the affected claim is removed until it can be verified.
  • Corrected pages carry an updated last-verified date, and the entry appears in the log below with the original error described.
  • If a correction changes a score, the score’s methodology version and reviewed date are updated with it.

Report an error

Email editorial@healthsharingreport.com with the page URL and the specific claim. If you represent a program, include a link to the current guideline document or fee schedule — we will use the primary source over a summary.

Please do not include health information, diagnoses, or account numbers in a correction report. We do not need them and we do not want them.

Correction log

No corrections logged yet. This site has not been published long enough for that to be a claim about accuracy — it simply means the log starts here.
