Privacy notice

What we deliberately do not collect

Our comparison tools and quote form do not ask for diagnoses, conditions, medications, treatment history, or anything else that describes your health. We do not want that information and we have not built a place to put it.

• Tool answers are never placed in a URL or query string.
• Analytics events carry page paths and program slugs only — never your answers.
• Server logs record a submission identifier and routing facts, not your details.

What we collect

Automatically

• A random first-party identifier stored in your browser so we can attribute a session without a third-party profile. It is not derived from anything about you.
• Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), the landing path, and the referring site, held in your browser session.
• Standard request data — including your IP address — used transiently for abuse prevention and rate limiting. We do not store it as part of a quote request.

When you request a quote

• Name and email, plus phone, state, and ZIP if you provide them.
• Non-medical situation details: household size, age band, current arrangement, cost band, and priorities.
• Which program was recommended, and the methodology version behind it.
• Your contact preference, and the consent version and timestamp.

Who receives it

A quote request is submitted so that MPB Health, our featured commercial partner, can contact you. We may be compensated for that referral — see how this site makes money. We do not sell your details to a marketplace of buyers, and we do not broker them to unrelated advertisers.

A request is not an enrollment and not an application. Health Sharing Report is not an insurer, a health share, or a licensed agency.

Consent

Consent is recorded with a version and a timestamp at the moment you submit. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing privacy@healthsharingreport.com. Withdrawing consent stops future contact from us; contact you have already agreed to receive from MPB Health is governed by their own notice.

Your requests

Email privacy@healthsharingreport.com to access, correct, or delete what we hold, or to opt out of sale or sharing where your state provides that right. Please do not include health information in the request.

Analytics and Do Not Track

We use a single analytics provider for aggregate funnel measurement. Events are limited to page views and the funnel steps listed in our event schema, and they carry no personal details. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we do not fire analytics events.

Cookies and storage

We use first-party browser storage for the anonymous identifier and campaign attribution described above. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Retention

Quote request details are retained only as long as needed to service the referral and meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Abuse-prevention data is short-lived by design.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected in the updated date above and, where the change affects what we collect or who receives it, in a new consent version.
